Welcome to Pure Vivid. By accessing or using our website purevivid.com.au (the “Site”) and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Definitions

“Products” refers to any items offered for sale on the Site (e.g. organic oils, accessories).

Products, Orders & Acceptance

All descriptions of Products on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any Order — for example if a Product is out of stock, unavailable, or there is an error in pricing.
Once we accept your Order, you will receive an order confirmation (via email or through the Site) — at that point the contract between you and us is formed.

Price & Payment

All prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars).
We accept payment via the payment methods indicated at checkout.
You agree to pay all amounts charged to your payment method, including any applicable shipping costs, taxes, or duties specified at checkout.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk

We aim to process and ship Orders as outlined on the Site. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you when we deliver the Products to the carrier (i.e. as soon as they leave our facility).

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

We comply with the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Consumer guarantees under ACL cannot be excluded by these Terms.
If a Product is faulty, defective, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) — subject to ACL and our return policy as specified on the Site.
Unless overridden by ACL or our return policy, we may refuse returns of Products that have been used, opened or altered (unless defective).

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site in a way that harms, abuses, or violates the rights of others, or disrupts the Site’s operation.
You must not attempt to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Site content (texts, images, logos, software) without our prior written permission. All intellectual property rights in the Site remain with us or our licensors.
