Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched from Australia. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. You will receive tracking when your order ships.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days
• Remote areas may take longer
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay

Refunds and returns

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. We will work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate.

• Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for unopened items in saleable condition
• Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or our error
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected
