Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping destination and carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please carefully check your shipping information before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at info@purevivid.com.au as soon as possible. We will try to assist before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside Pure Vivid's reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, public holidays and other disruptions.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, broken or leaking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@purevivid.com.au.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the affected products and, where relevant, the packaging so we can assess the issue.

Please provide these photos as evidence for assessment and processing of damaged-in-transit claims. If photos are unavailable, contact us to discuss other reasonable evidence. Missing photos or original packaging do not remove your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the products received.

Once verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
